# List corrective action plans

> Requires an authenticated tenant session (any permission). Returns every CAP (Corrective Action Plan) for the tenant, newest first; optionally filtered to one `target_type`/`target_id` pair. Each record includes lifecycle status, path tier (`automated`, `governed`, or `expert`), per-step (contain/correct/prevent) completion state, and proof-window dates.
