# Get Pattern Root Cause

> Deterministic criticality-weighted majority over member issues' own
per-issue root-cause classifications (docs/v2/API-IMPLEMENTATION-SPEC.md
§7): {primary, secondary, method, member_distribution, coverage{
members_classified, members_abstained}, synthesis{text, origin:
llm_narrative, facts_hash}, provenance}. The majority math is pure (no
LLM); only `synthesis.text` is LLM-generated, over the facts JSON this
endpoint also returns, and carries that JSON's content hash.
